What to expect when you are an owner of Harvest Ville's, Digital Grant.

All Digital Grant holders are proudly an owner of 363 square feet of land that cultivates Musang King durian trees.

Typically, any durian orchard has no yield from Year 1-5. This process is mainly from seedlings, nurturing the plant till it blooms into a tree. Continuous monitoring is required till the tree becomes full fledge grown and ready to produce durian harvests.

Albeit the above, Harvest Ville still guarantees a 5.6% payout to our Digital Grant owners per annum from Year 1 to Year 5. This means there is a payout of RM560 every year for the first 5 years.

How do we derive this monies to pay? Harvest Ville will rely on supplement crops such as Chilies, Jicama, Guava, Japanese Melons & other high value crops which are currently on going and ready for expansion to scale. These high yielding crops will be harvested and sold to local markets or businesses and all profits derived are then shared back to Digital Grant owners, upholding the 5.6% payout for Year 1-5.

Certain portion of the funds raised will be use to back "Capital Markets" and derive sturdy returns yearly which will also be shared back to Digital Grant holders.

Realistic Financial Projections

All projections are calculated based of x1.5-2 times harvesting per year. This calculation is relevant as harvesting a matured durian orchard can reach up to 3 times a year, provided the weather, precision care taking & natures course, all sit in-line.

At Harvest Ville, we do not limit or have a deadline on when the Digital Grant expires. There is no expiry on the Digital Grants. As long as the holder owns the Digital Grant held their respective wallets, yearly yield payouts are paid to that specific user & wallet.

There are also guaranteed buy-backs from Harvest Ville. Owners are also free to trade the Digital Grants on online market places. Provided that there is a request from a willing seller and willing buyer.

Guaranteed Buy-back and Compensations:- Year 5 - 50% of initial investment

Year 6-7 - 60% of initial investment

Year 8 - 70% of initial investment

Year 9 - 80% of initial investment

Year 10 onwards - 90% of initial investment
