Process Explanation :-
The 220 acre-land asset is owned by Bina Puri Holdings Berhad, which is under their subsidiary company Karak Land Sdn Bhd. Harvest Ville is a JV entity that consist of 1)Karak Land Sdn Bhd & 2)O2O Blockchain Sdn Bhd.
For the launch of this groundbreaking initiative, Harvest Ville has secured an initial 10 acres of prime Durian plantation land from Karak Land Sdn Bhd to spearhead our Real World Asset (RWA) Musang King Durian project. This land will be transformed into a "Real World Asset Smart Contract," with a reputable law firm serving as custodian to ensure investor protection.
Once tokenized, the 10-acre parcel will be divided into smaller, manageable units—each measuring 363 square feet and represented by a Digital Grant (DG). With one acre equivalent to 43,560 square feet, this results in 120 DG's per acre, and a total of 1,200 DG's for the entire 10-acre plot.
Each DG is uniquely numbered, with detailed information such as Land Title, Parcel, Geo Location, Date of Purchase, Growth Timeline and etc securely embedded on the blockchain. This immutable record ensures unparalleled security, as the blockchain’s integrity remains unbreached by any known computing power.
For phase 1 of the project, Harvest Ville will be partnering with PitchIn to onboard investors through equity crowd funding (ECF). Through ECF, all investors will own equities of Harvest Ville as an entity. Harvest Ville will be the entity owning the lands.
